 Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Only US Continental..At the moment we do not offer international shipping. 

Q: How long will it take for delivery?

All Geared To Go are sent 1st class Fully trackable. Depending on your location this typically takes 4-6 working days in transit however can sometimes take a little longer. Your tracking information will be emailed to you so you can always see where your Gear is, all the way to your front door.

Q:Will I be charged for taxes?

All taxes and shipping are included in the order cost.

Where can i find my Shipping tracking code?

You can track your Gear all the way to your front door, this can be done using your tracking code which is sent to you on an automated email once we upload your tracking information to our system.

Although all orders are dispatched within 48 hours, sometimes there can be a delay to upload your tracking code. so please keep an eye out for the email 3-10 days after your order. Enter your tracking code at at USPS.com for US and Canada.

 What is your returns policy?

 Do you refund?

As long as your Gear is returned in the original packaging and has not been tampered and abused we can offer you a full refund on your purchase if within 21 days.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! You have ​21 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging as well.
